New Pet Advice
Getting a new pet – puppy, kitten, rescue, or small furry?
Bringing a new pet into your life is an exciting and rewarding time. This service is aimed at helping you prepare for the arrival of your new pet. From creating the right environment so your pet feels safe and secure. To teaching you and your family how to care and engage with your new pet to build that special bond, so you can live a happy and healthy life together.
In the first session we can build on what you already know, go over any concerns and how you can best prepare for your new pet. The aim is to give you the confidence for the first few days and nights, and set your new pet up to feel safe and secure in their home.
Most people find it helpful to have a follow-up session once their new pet has arrived and therefore a one 1 hour follow-up session is included in the ‘pre-pet consultation package’ where we will discuss how your pet is settling in, address any issues that may have arisen before they develop further, and start you on your training journey.
If your new pet has already arrived then you can book a ‘new pet consultation package’, where we will discuss how your pet is settling in, address any issues that may have arisen before they develop further, and start you on your training journey. A 1 hour follow-up is also included in this package. (This package must be taken within 2 weeks of your new pet’s arrival otherwise one to one training prices will apply)
We also offer blocks of two or four additional 1 hour sessions at discounted rates in order to continue to build your relationship with your new pet and progress with training.
